This is the first Saturday in a month I’ve woken up without a blocked nose or a mucus-hurling cough. Trips to Spain, Sweden, and Germany in quick succession and loaded on top of a cross country bike ride may have been a touch to much for my ageing body. Still, at last, I am well. In body, if not in spirit.
