Renown is one of two stats needed to recruit new team members in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave. While the Support Level requirements never go above level 3, you may be intimidated by characters who require level 10 Renown. It’s vitally important to note that gaining Renown will take a lot of time. Unlike the Support Levels, each Flame Lord’s campaign builds their Renown separately.
