Where A Plague Tale’s Amicia spent two games hiding in the grass, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy’s smuggler Sophia is far more athletic and trained for danger, and it plays less like a full-blown stealth puzzler than like Assassin’s Creed crossed with Tomb Raider. On this evidence, it’s the best the series has ever felt in our hands.
